An elder dragon said to freeze all in its path. According to legend, it can control the cold, and use its freezing breath to conjure massive spires of ice out of nowhere.

Useful Info

Shattering the ice that encases its body neutralizes its freezing breath. The ice walls it forms can be broken to provide platforms for mounting. Torch Pods are useful for this.

With her frosty breath, Velkhana summons three rings of ice on the ground. Each subsequent ring has a larger radius. The gaps between the rings are visible to the naked eye, which can be used to successfully dodge an attack.
